Your words and profile guide the script. Edit any line, ask for another phrasing, or try a new angle. The examples above are illustrative.
What if I have no idea, or mess up filming?
Get a prompt or let Yap Ready learn about you and suggest a script. Stumble on camera? Repeat the line. Optional cleanup removes marked do-overs and qualifying pauses.
What do I get when I’m done?
A video saved to Photos, with vertical and wide versions from one take. The second format is cropped from the master. Yap Ready also suggests post captions and on-screen text; use another editor to add burned-in subtitles, music, or effects.
What goes to AI? Does it work offline?
With your consent, AI writing sends your words and relevant profile context to an online service. It needs internet and has daily limits. Recording works offline; videos stay on your iPhone, subject to your iCloud Photos settings. Speech recognition depends on device and language.
What does it cost? Which phones work?
Your first 4 yaps are free. After that it is $59.99 a year or $9.99 a month, and you can cancel any time in your iPhone settings. If you cancel, every video you made stays in your Photos. No account needed. Works on iPhone 12 and newer.
